Spicy Duck Neck Recipe

1. Place duck necks, racks, and wings in cold water and bring to a boil. Clean thoroughly with fresh water to remove impurities.
2. Return cleaned duck parts to the pot, adding ginger and garlic.


3. Pour in one can of beer.


4. Add Sichuan peppercorns and cinnamon bark.


5. Incorporate dried chili peppers and bay leaves.


6. Add star anise and rock sugar.


7. Drizzle in oyster sauce.


8. Pour prepared light and dark soy sauce.


9. Add water to submerge all ingredients and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes until sauce reduces.
