Homemade Sesame Paste Noodles Recipe

Process the delivered sesame powder into sesame paste using a machine. Note: Using a high-speed blender, select the ‘Pulse Clean’ function. Coat the container walls with cooking oil before adding sesame powder. Add oil incrementally during blending if the mixture appears dry or the blades struggle to rotate.

Store the prepared sesame paste in the refrigerator. When cooking noodles, prevent sticking by boiling them thoroughly until no white core remains. Adding cold water during boiling enhances chewiness. For less sticky noodles, briefly rinse cooked noodles in a pot of boiling water.

Combine cooked noodles with dried radish, light soy sauce, a dash of dark soy sauce, and minced meat. Mix thoroughly before serving. Customize with braised eggs as desired. The dish received positive feedback from family members who enjoyed the meal.
