Brush with oil, sprinkle chopped basil and pepper. 15. Roll into a strip. 16. Cut into small pieces. 17. Seal the two ends of each small piece, press into a flat cake, and coat with sesame seeds. 18. 20. Place small pancakes in the pan and cook over low heat slowly. 21. Once one side is colored, flip the pancake, poke holes with a fork, and cook until the other side is also colored. Over low heat, the entire process takes about ten to fifteen minutes.
