Mung bean sprouts: appropriate amount
1. Cook the noodles in boiling water until just done, then remove. Mix with salad oil, toss the noodles to separate, and cool them continuously using an electric fan.
2. Wash the mung bean sprouts and cook them thoroughly.
3. Wash and crush the old ginger and garlic. Wash the scallions and cut into chopped green onions. Mix all the seasonings in a bowl.
4. Preparation is complete.
5. Place the cold noodles on a plate, and top with the cooked mung bean sprouts.
6. Pour the seasoning mixture over the noodles and sprouts, toss well, and serve.
