Recipe for Chongqing Noodles with Water Spinach

Noodles (fresh, water-based): 200g
Water spinach (hollow heart vegetable): 100g


Cooked rapeseed oil: 2 tablespoons

Sichuan pepper powder: 1 tablespoon


Chicken bouillon: half a tablespoon


Scallion: appropriate amount

1. Prepare all the various seasonings.
